The Aircraft menu lets you decide how to manage the planes in your simulation.

Selecting the box for Auto-Arrivals puts all the aircraft in your scenario under an auto-pilot condition. With this setting, all aircraft will automatically start descents, meet crossing restrictions, and even land on an assigned runway.

Sometimes an aircraft you're flying will display an "END"
prompt, like this
one:
This indicates
that an aircraft is coming to the end of its filed route. Clicking this
prompt or by selecting the "Handle End of Route" menu option brings up the
dialogue box below:

MACS automatically displays the most likely action. If you agree with this choice, you can click the OK button, or you can click the down arrow to display a drop-down menu listing all available actions.

Another method of controlling an aircraft is through direct PAS (Pseudo Aircraft Systems) commands. This option is only applicable if your simulation is running through a PAS system. From the Aircraft menu, select the "Enter PAS Command" option, bringing up the following dialogue box:

In this field, you can enter any PAS command for the aircraft you are currently flying. Simply type the command and click the OK button.
