On July 16, 2019, the Human Systems Integration Division hosted two booths at the 5th Annual Mountain View Tech Showcase. The event consisted of over 35 exhibitors, including seven NASA research and outreach organizations, actively demonstrating the cutting edge research and innovative products being developed in Mountain View, CA. Visitors to the Human Systems Integration Division booths were able to test their reaction times using the Psychomotor Vigilance Task (PVT), interact with a self-scheduling planning tool called Playbook and view a hands-on demonstration featuring the Division’s work in the development of the
Unmanned Aircraft System (UAS) Traffic Management (UTM) system (drone traffic management). Division researchers and staff were on hand to talk about the division's varied research projects and distribute outreach materials. More information on the division and it’s research is available at
